All inquiries about any aspect of what I offer at Michael Day Counselling are most welcome.

It may not always be possible for me to answer right away so please leave a message or feel free to text and I’ll reply as soon as possible.

I offer an initial assessment over Zoom for which I do not charge. This is a no obligation session that gives us a chance to meet and decide if I am the right therapist for you.

My normal fee is £60 for a 60 minute session.

I offer a limited number of low rate spaces for those with limited resources.
